What I do is relatively easy, but sometimes difficult to explain to people who don’t know what affiliate marketing and blogging are.  The short explanation: I make money writing about other people’s products, services, or sites.  (That’s the very very simple explanation, but it’s only slightly more complicated than that.)
If you’re here, I have to assume you arrived here because you are interested in affiliate marketing, blogging, or writing. That’s fantastic!  If you’d like to learn how to make money online the way I do, you can check out some of my instructional sites (by clicking the links I just provided you with), or check out some of the following books:
The AdSense Code – I learned most of what I know about making money with Google Adsense from this one little book.
Make Money with Wordpress Blogs – An easy-to-follow instructional ebook that I wrote to help beginner bloggers learn how to use and create blogs with Wordpress.
The Super Affiliate Handbook: How I Made $436,797 in One Year Selling Other People’s Stuff Online – The bible of affiliate marketing, written by the queen of affiliate marketing. You simply cannot get a better instructional manual than this.
Services I Use:
Here’s a few sites and services I use on a daily basis. I’ve been at this a while, and the following make my list of “best of the best” in their respective businesses.
For web hosting:
Host Gator. Host gator is hands-down the best hosting provider I’ve come across. I’ve used Go Daddy for hosting, but found they fell short of my needs as far as hosting goes. Host Gator goes the extra mile for their users. I once had all of my sites hacked, and HG support found the bad script that the hackers had injected, and had me up and running within a couple of hours. A friend of mine uses 1&1 and got zero support when she had one of her sites hacked. Check out Host Gator for mor information.
For domain purchases:
Go Daddy. Although I didn’t like Go Daddy for hosting, I really like and trust them for domain purchases. I own over 100 domains, and all of them are now Go Daddy domains. They offer outstanding support, and have even called me from time to time to see if I have any issues or to let me know that one of my domains is about to expire. Check out Go Daddy for more information.
For storing and selling downloadable files (like eBooks):
e-junkie. e-junkie is admittedly the only site I’ve ever used. But the fact that I’ve stuck with them for so long says it all. They offer everything an ebook seller needs, at rock-bottom prices. If you have 10 products (or fewer), your monthly fees are just $5. Considering ebooks sell for many times that, you make up your fees with the sale of just one book. e-junkie is giving my readers a one-week free trial: click here to check them out.
For email list distribution:
A Weber. I’ve used other sites, like Constant Contact and iContact, but I found that A Weber meets my needs better. All of the companies will give my readers a free trial. Just click on any of the previous links to register, test drive, and make your decision.
